			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The head of the Ministry for the Environment and Rural and Marine Affairs  (MARM), Elena Espinosa, has said that the Spanish Government is prepared to do &#8220;everything possible&#8221; to make sure that the renewal of the fisheries agreement between the European Union (EU) and Morocco is &#8220;not a problem.&#8221;</p>
<p>Spain &#8220;will try to lend a hand,&#8221; said the minister when asked about the agreement, during a visit to the International University of Menéndez Pelayo in Santander.</p>
